Nestlé Waters wins prestigious award

Burlington, Ont. – Sodexo Canada has named the winner of its Better Tomorrow Vendor of the Year for 2011.

The on-site health and nutrition and facilities management service solutions provider named Nestlé Waters Canada, a manufacturer and distributor of healthy beverage choices.

The award recognizes suppliers who address those issues identified by Sodexo as being material to its market and stakeholders, including nutrition, health and wellness; local communities; and the environment.

Sodexo specifically recognized Nestlé for its environmental leadership – from the light-weighting of its packaging and its successful efforts in driving innovation in recycling to its watershed management practices at its production facilities and continuous improvement related to its overall water and energy use and waste reduction regimen.
