Natural foods distributor acquires Ontario juice maker

Mississauga, Ont. – Ontario Natural Food Co-op (ONFC) has acquired the Black River Juice Company Ltd.

Based in Mississauga, ONFC is one of Ontario’s largest natural and organic food and beverage distributors. The acquisition will build on ONFC’s portfolio of locally produced, high-quality natural and organic products.

The Black River Juice Co., originally based in Prince Edward County, has been a producer of locally grown, specialty juices for more than 30 years.
