A new metal detector from Bunting Magnetics detects metals in free falling bulk materials

Newton, Kansas – Bunting Magnetics Co. offers its high frequency Metal Separator, the Quicktron 05 RH Touch, which examines free flowing bulk materials in free fall.

The system offers fully automatic detection and rejection of metallic contaminants from the product stream without process interruption.

The Quicktron offers an open framework with round reject mechanism without critical edges, avoiding dust and dirt settlement.

All of its product-contacting parts are made from food-grade materials such as Stainless Steel, PP, Silicone and Teflon.
