Doyon Equipment’s Jet-Air ovens come with the Jet-Air and steam injection systems


Quebec-based Doyon Equipment Inc. offers its Jet-Air ovens for bakery operations.

The company says the Jet-Air ovens come with its patented Jet Air System. The system means air moves in one direction for 2.5 minutes, stops for 20 seconds, than moves in the other direction for 2.5 minutes resulting in a gentle velocity air flow for better baking results. The system helps users bake products faster and more evenly.

The system also has the company’s uniform steam injection system, which includes an electronic timer to give users a precise mist for better results.

The ovens come in four pan, six pan, eight pan, 12 pan, 14 pan, 20 pan and 28 pan sizes.
