“Product(ion) : Between Territory and Health”
This international symposium is an opportunity to reflect coherently and with different viewpoints on the relationships between food production and territory in a perspective of sustainable health. This meeting will also serve to enhance and share knowledge between different stakeholders from academia, health, agriculture and food sector and so continue the reflection on food diversity and territorialized agri-food systems initiated at the 2015 International Symposium (link).
Keynote speaker: Kim Kessler of New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.
