Chic Choc Spiced Rum is a unique beverage from Domaine Pinnacle produced with six indigenous spices from the Chic Choc Mountains in Quebec: Peppery Green Alder, Pine Forest Spikenard, Witherod Berries, Lovage Root, Sweet Gale Seeds and Wild Angelica.
