Vancouver, B.C. – Just in time for crisp fall days (and cooler weather that’s sure to follow), Happy Planet has launched two new 100 per cent organic chicken soups.
Thai Chicken Soup is part of an Asian-inspired trend. This one is inspired by delicious, fragrant and rich Thai cuisine flavours.
It has organic chicken, green curry, Thai basil, galangal and lemongrass in a coconut cream base.
There’s also Kawartha Chicken Noodle Soup, a locally inspired soup. The company 
says this one is based on the ultimate comfort food and Canadians’ most popular soup flavour.
It’s made with tender organic chicken meat, sourced in Kawartha, Ont., orzo pasta, parsley and a pinch of thyme.
The soups are available in the refrigerated sections of grocery stores nationwide.
