Canada’s Weston Bakeries Ltd. has partnered with Dave’s Killer Bread to bring the Killer Bread line up to consumers across Canada.
In a statement, Weston Bakeries says it now has “exclusive licensing rights from Flowers Foods Inc. to produce and market the brand in Canada and will begin distributing the product in the Canadian market.”
Dave’s Killer Bread is one of the top-selling and fastest growing organic breads in the US, says the statement. The bread is “packed with real grains, seeds, and free of all things artificial.”
The companies say the bread contains no filler, no high fructose corn syrup, no artificial ingredients and no preservatives. But it does have whole grains, fibre and protein, says the statement.
Dave’s Killer Bread organic and non-GMO products are available in five varieties in major grocery, drug and convenience retailers across Canada.
