ELXR Juice Lab has introduced Gold Brew, which is made in collaboration with Jimmy’s Coffee.
In a statement, the company says the new product “brings together classic Jimmy’s Coffee flavour with ELXR cold-pressed accents to evoke favourite chai flavours in a base of creamy cashew milk.”
ELXR Juice Lab is a Toronto-based company that makes cold-pressed juices, protein-dense plant-based mylks, waters, booster shots and cleanse packages.
The new beverage is described as being not too sweet or rich. It is a lightly spiced cold brew that “is smooth as silk with just the right amount of creaminess.”
The ingredients include Jimmy’s Coffee special blend of cold brew coffee, cashew milk, alkaline water, turmeric juice, ginger juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and pink salt.
The beverage has a suggested retail price of $10.50 and is sold in Toronto at Jimmy’s Coffee locations.
