Handfuel is the brainchild of founder and entrepreneur, Cole Richman. The nut and dried fruit mixes are from his family recipes and were perfected by health and wellness chefs.
Handfuel’s first product – which consists of unique tasting Spanish Marcona Almonds, freshly squeezed lemon juice and sea salt – is from a recipe belonging to Richman’s late aunt.
Handfuel is available in four variations, all of which are gluten-free, non-GMO and high in fibre.
Each mix emphasizes nutritional value and contain only high-quality dried fruits, gluten-free grains, nuts, seeds and spices.
The Spanish Marcona Almonds are flavoured with fresh lemon juice and sea salt and are an excellent source of iron and vitamin E.
The Antioxidizer Mix is high in omega-3 and perfect for the active snacker, containing blueberries, cranberries, strawberries, walnuts and pecans.
The Vitalizer Mix is perfect for holding you over between meals and is high in vitamin A, vitamin E, magnesium and copper, containing hazelnuts, cherries, apricots, buckwheat and sunflower seeds.
The Energizer Mix is a spicy energy booster, containing almonds, pistachios, raisins, sunflower seeds, and a seven-spice blend, making it a good source of vitamin E, magnesium and copper.
