Calgary-based Echelon Foods’ new bacon-wrapped turducken roast (turkey-duck-chicken) is a unique, juicy product that combines Echelon’s boneless turducken roast with bacon in an effort to deliver a “wow” taste experience. These turducken roasts are composed of turkey breast wrapped in bacon and layered with boneless and skinless chicken breast meat, boneless and skinless duck breast meat, more bacon inside, and stuffed with an Italian sausage mixture.
